&#8220;Akkermansia muciniphila secretes a glucagon-like peptide-1-inducing protein that improves glucose homeostasis and ameliorates metabolic disease in mice&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7<strong>\u53d1\u8868\u65f6\u95f4<\/strong>: 2021 \u5e74 4 \u6708 5 \u65e5<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7<strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u7ed3\u8bba<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>oAKK \u83cc\u5206\u6ccc\u4e00\u79cd 84 kDa \u7684\u86cb\u767d\uff08\u547d\u540d\u4e3a P9\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u86cb\u767d\u80fd\u8bf1\u5bfc\u80a0\u5185\u5206\u6ccc\u7ec6\u80de\u5206\u6ccc\u80f0\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\u7d20\u6837\u80bd-1\uff08GLP-1\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u9ad8\u8102\u996e\u98df\u5c0f\u9f20\u4e2d\u4fc3\u8fdb\u8910\u8272\u8102\u80aa\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4ea7\u70ed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>oP9 \u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7ec6\u80de\u95f4\u9ecf\u9644\u5206\u5b50 2\uff08ICAM-2\uff09\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b Ca\u00b2\u207a\u00a0\u4f9d\u8d56\u6027\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6539\u5584\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u7a33\u6001\u548c\u4ee3\u8c22\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>o\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5355\u72ec\u4f7f\u7528\u7eaf\u5316\u7684 P9 \u8db3\u4ee5\u6a21\u62df AKK \u83cc\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u4ee3\u8c22\u76ca\u5904\uff0c\u63d0\u793a\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6cbb\u7597\u4ee3\u8c22\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5019\u9009\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0<\/strong><strong><em>Nature Microbiology<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0(2023) &#8211; &#8220;Mutagenesis reveals how Akkermansia muciniphila degrades mucin and colonizes the gut&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7<strong>\u53d1\u8868\u65f6\u95f4<\/strong>: 2023 \u5e74 6 \u6708 21 \u65e5<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7<strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u7ed3\u8bba<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>o\u901a\u8fc7\u7a81\u53d8\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86 AKK \u83cc\u5728\u9ecf\u86cb\u767d\u964d\u89e3\u548c\u80a0\u9053\u5b9a\u690d\u4e2d\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u5173\u952e\u57fa\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>oAKK \u83cc\u7684\u9ecf\u86cb\u767d\u4ee3\u8c22\u80fd\u529b\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u5728\u80a0\u9053\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u4e2d\u7ade\u4e89\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u5e76\u5f71\u54cd\u5bbf\u4e3b\u80a0\u9053\u80c6\u56fa\u9187\u751f\u7269\u5408\u6210\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u8f6c\u5f55\u4e0b\u8c03\u3002<\/p>\n<p>o\u7814\u7a76\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86 AKK \u83cc\u901a\u8fc7\u9ecf\u86cb\u767d\u4ee3\u8c22\u7ef4\u6301\u80a0\u9053\u751f\u6001\u5e73\u8861\u53ca\u5176\u5bf9\u5bbf\u4e3b\u4ee3\u8c22\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0<\/strong><strong><em>Nature Reviews Gastroenterology &amp;
